3. How long will it take for the technician to arrive?

Generally speaking, it takes 20-40 minutes. Obviously, it depends on where you are located exactly but either way; we’ll let you know just before we set off. If it is not an emergency call out, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange a time that suits you best.

4. Could you offer advice regarding current British standards?

Yes, of course. All of our qualified technicians are able to do so and if you request a free security survey whilst they are with you, they’ll even check all your other windows/doors to ensure they meet your insurance requirements.

5. Are you able to repair or even replace door/window frames that have been damaged?

Yes, it is our priority that your premises are secured so once we have had a look at the damage, we will advise you accordingly. Whether your window/door frame needs replacing or even just repairing, we’ll make sure it is completed to a professional standard.

6. Can you provide new or replacement locks?

Yes, our technicians arrive on site fully-equipped with a variety of different tools and locks so everything can be completed there and then.

7. How can I be sure that it’s you before I allow you to help me gain entry to my property?

Before sending out the technician, we will call you to inform you of his name and he will present identification on arrival. Just as an added security measure, you’ll recognise the van a mile off!

8. Do you charge a call out fee and what can I expect to pay for your services?

No, you will be glad to know that we do not charge a call out fee! Most of the time, we can quote the job beforehand but sometimes it’s a matter of seeing everything before providing you with an accurate quote. Our price will include VAT+parts+labour so no need to worry about hidden fees popping up!

9. What payment methods do you accept?

You have the choice. You can either pay with cash, card or even advanced bank transfer. Once the job is done,we will also provide you with a VAT receipt!

10. And finally, do I get a guarantee?

Of course, all the work we carry out and all parts we provide will be guaranteed for 12 months. All you need to do is give us a call and we will pop round to sort out any problem you have. Once again, no call out fee will be charged.
